Eden Roc Miami Beach Hotel, Miami Beach

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, where the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The room was luxurious and spacious, with beautiful decor that created a relaxing atmosphere. I was particularly impressed with the attentiveness of management, who made sure all my needs were met quickly and efficiently. However, I did experience some minor issues regarding my initial room request that were not ideal, which impacted the start of my stay slightly.

The hotel offers a spacious lobby and a well-kept pool area, making it a decent choice. I appreciated the friendly staff and quick service, but I was disappointed with my ocean view room that actually overlooked a parking lot and had a damp smell. Overall, while I enjoyed some aspects, I would rethink my stay due to the room conditions.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 50th birthdays with friends at this hotel. The atmosphere around the pool was lively, and we loved the beach access. While the service was mostly great, especially from our porter Carlos, we did encounter some hiccups with check-in times and some miscommunication about fitness classes. Overall, a fantastic stay but with a few minor issues that can be improved.

I had a rather disappointing experience at Eden Roc. The rooms didn't match the expectations set by the website, and the service left a lot to be desired, often feeling rude or dismissive. While the pools were enjoyable, the overall experience was marred by billing issues and a lack of effective communication from the staff. It’s a shame because the location was appealing and could have made for a wonderful stay.
